Details and conditions are as follows:
1) A link to ace.subagames.com in the description bar of the Youtube video.
2) Video must end with the ace.subagames.com address displayed in the video.
The event is an open call for players to make a promotional, action-packed video of ACE Online gameplay, portraying the positives of our game. The goal is to get as many Youtube views on your video between December 3 and January 3.
Any videos created before December 3, 2011 would not count.
Note: You can post your videos in this forum thread. All videos must be posted on YouTube and submitted by January 3.
In addition, in the description of the Youtube video, they must include their ACE Online character (not account).

Episode 3.5 patch hits ACE Online with the release of Infinity Field 3. To celebrate, the XP rate has been increased for 2 weeks, as well as free login items!

Site Up and Running [9/25/2011]

For those who may or may not have noticed, the site has been for 2 weeks. During this time, issues with the webhosting and domain were being cleared up and resolved. Issues have been resolved on the server end. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused. We will be partnering up with SubaGames to host some events on the site starting this week so don’t worry, plenty to come to make up for 2 weeks of downtime!

- 1 vs 1 Arena Match using regular Subagames Characters
- Start time 11:00 AM Local Time, Signup at 10:20AM Local Time1. To win
Someone who kills twice first win the game.
If the match doesn’t finish in the game time (15min.), winner will be the player who kills more than another.
If the players killed same times, the winner will be the player who has more Energy, Shield, SPI.2. Supplies
At the beginning of the match
Get 200,000 SPI and 10 kits.
Players cannot use their own items.
Players cannot use other items something like cash items or national buffs.
When the player killed by another player, will start with full repaired at the starting point.
Players can be supplied from the distributing agency with given 200,000SPI
Players cannot be supplied except when they start the match or be revived for fast operation of the matches3. Defeat and rematch
Players who has been killed twice will be defeated (Common Rule)
Players who don’t join in 5min. will be defeated

Site back up after technical difficulties
August 31st, 2011 crazykid2912 After much effort and patience, our webhosting account has been restored and is back up and running. A user who had access to the account had uploaded inappropriate and malicious files to the server, which were noticed by the server admins. The files caused the whole server to go into overload with traffic. The user has since been blocked access to the server account and the files have been deleted. I apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused and we will try our best to make sure such an incident will never happen again in the future.

August 28th, 2011 crazykid2912 Some updates have been made to the site:
- A new anti-spam feature has been implemented on to the wiki as well as a new updated welcome message to all new users.
- User, The_Black, has been appointed as wiki admin. Please join me in welcoming and congratulating him to the wiki crew.
- The winners of the beta test event are Kkid, Scribbin, ManEatingPenguin. Each user received a forum badge.
- A full list of the staff can be seen here.

Site Launched to the Public!
August 21st, 2011 crazykid2912 The beta event started last June 30th so it’s been a while now. I’ve decided to close the event now and launch the site to the public. I’ve made a few slight improvements to the site in terms of visual appearance as well as security measures on the forum.
I received a good amount of PMs from those who were interested in testing the site out but it seems not many of those who sent PMs actually tested the site or posted feedback. Regardless, many thanks and appreciation to those who took interested and actually sent a PM. I will be sending a message to GM_DGenerator after I have finalized who has won the event.
The site is now open to the public to test out so feel free to post on the forums and post on the wiki.

For those who will win the beta event (as well as anyone who is interested) will qualify to be staff members on the fansite.
The following positions will be open:
- News Editor (posting up news on both the main site and the forum on a daily/weekly basis)
- Event Coordinator (Creating and organizing events to host on the fansite for the community to participate in)
- Public Outreach (Working very closely with the Event Coordinator but will be working closely with me and the GMs in creating and managing events)
- Wiki Content Manager/Coordinator (multiple users can hold this position, will be responsible for posting up new guides, keeping the wiki organized, updating the wiki)
What’s so special about ACE Online StarFighter?
It is the very first fansite to be tested, supported, and given the “Official SubaGames Fansite” logo. The name “StarFighter” was a name that was created by both me and the SubaGames team (well actually, I created the name and then asked them for advice so in the end, the name was supported on both sides). The fansite will be used as a way for the community to voice out their opinion and give feedback about ACE. It will also serve as a close connection between the GM team and players since many events will involve GM/player interaction.
What will the first event be?
After staff members have been chosen, I have given GM_DGenerator my idea of an ACE Online “Magazine” where players can act as news anchors and discuss various headlines about the events going on in-game as well as on the forums. Staff members will also have the chance to personally interview the GMs with questions regarding the game or anything that’s on their mind. Players can ask questions too as well as send in shoutouts.
So without further adu, I hope many ACE players will join the site. Feel free to post any feedback you may have to help grow and expand the site

Conditions for Participation
All participants must be 13 years of age or older to qualify and participate in the tournament. Employees of SubaGames, as well as members of the ACE Online GM Team, are not allowed to participate.
A registered account at SubaGames is required for participation in this tournament.
A personal forum registration is required for participation. You must sign up in the Official Signup Thread during August 12 and September 9, 23:59. Full signup instructions will be posted in that thread.
After we have reviewed all of the applicants, we will decide the tournament roster and participants in an official competition list thread and post it on September 14.
Multiple registrations and/or registrations for third parties are not permitted. Registrations made after the previously mentioned time limits and/or registrations which do not fulfill the requirements of these conditions for participation will not be accepted.
